Mô tả công việc

1. About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to support our Sales team in identifying and engaging potential clients for UPP's Salesforce services.
This role offers hands-on experience in B2B sales, SaaS solutions, and international client outreach.
2. Key Responsibilities
2.1 Lead Research & Qualification
Identify and collect potential Accounts/Leads aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Conduct research via platforms such as:
LinkedIn
Salesforce AppExchange
Company ranking websites
Glassdoor, Indeed (monitor job postings related to Salesforce/CRM adoption)
Consolidate, filter, and submit qualified lead lists to the Sales team.
2.2 Outbound Outreach & Initial Qualification
Reach out to prospects via:
Email
LinkedIn messaging
Website contact forms
Introduce UPP's Salesforce services.
Identify basic customer needs (CRM implementation, automation, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
Record and update lead status in tracking systems.
2.3 Meeting Coordination
Arrange first meetings between qualified prospects and Sales.
Ensure smooth handover and follow-up.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education
3rd/4th year students or fresh graduates in Business, International Business, Marketing, Economics, IT, or related fields.
Skills & Competencies
Strong English reading and writing skills (mandatory).
Good research and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable working with digital tools and online platforms.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation.
Basic understanding of CRM, SaaS, or Salesforce ecosystem.
Exposure to international markets (US, EU, APAC) is a plus.
Minimum 3 working days per week (on-site required).
Internship duration: Minimum 3 months.
